What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics tools. We do not collect personal information through the pages themselves. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, email us, call us or write to us on Instagram, we receive what you send, such as your name, phone number and message. We use it to reply, prepare a quote and provide our service. Those apps have their own privacy policies. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for that purpose.

Chat assistants we run for businesses

If you use a chat assistant that we built for a business, the messages you type are processed by an AI service provider to produce replies. They are also stored, so the business and we can see what customers ask and improve the answers. Please do not type passwords, card numbers or sensitive health details into the chat. The business you are chatting with decides what to do with the conversation.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to run our work, such as hosting, database and AI services. They handle information only to provide those services.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing us. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.
